To get started with our program all you have to do is submit a request for an appointment here. After you contact us, our patient care team will review your request and get in touch with you to set up a time for a new patient appointment. The new patient appointment is done virtually for accessibility and convenience, allowing us to serve patients across Canada.
The purpose of this appointment is to assess your eligibility for the program, equip you with introductory materials, and provide you with a blood testing requisition form. -
Your blood work can be completed at a Dynalife or any other lab that is convenient for you. We recommend this testing be completed at least one week prior to your first visit (two weeks for patients outside of Alberta.) Please notify our team about all incoming blood work results.

During your first consultation, one of our Certified Hormone Specialists will evaluate your symptoms, concerns, and future wellness goals. This consult will include a questionnaire focusing on your symptoms and concerns.
After your evaluation, we will determine if our program would benefit you and begin building your treatment plan. Your treatment plan will be based on your medical history, symptoms, goals, and lab results. This highly-personalized plan will be a unique approach that may include a variety of paths such as nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. Your treatment plan will be under the medical supervision of our team of Nurse Practitioners and Medical Doctors.
Following your initial consultation and the development of your treatment plan, your prescription will be sent to one of our trusted compound companies. It may take a number of days for your prescription to be ready because only special compounding pharmacies can provide the expertise to safely and accurately manufacture your bioidentical hormone prescriptions.

Hormones and blood levels require careful supervision and ongoing monitoring. It takes 8 weeks for your medications to take full effect. Eight weeks after your treatment has begun you will be required to have your hormone levels rechecked and book your follow up appointment to assess, renew and may any changes needed to optimize treatment plan.
Any changes to medications will require additional follow up blood work, some clients may need an additional follow up appointment to achieve optimization.

Yearly checks are required to review blood work and renew any medications. Your yearly appointment is due one year after your last appointment.
